At this stage, training is usually moderate to highly structured with very specific outcome goals. We aim to develop and master fine motor skills by conditioning muscle and movements associated with them. We take advantage of the growth spurt associated with puberty to give our young athletes an edge over their competition. Motivation will be key area to focus as well.
