Best age for Gross Motor (physical) skills development. Training is aimed at whole body movement and involves the large (core stabilising) muscles of the body to perform fundamental movement skills as well as everyday functions, such as standing, walking, running, and sitting upright. It also includes eye-hand coordination skills such as ball skills (throwing, catching, kicking,etc).
This will form a strong foundation for children, setting a spring board to athletic performance in their later years.
